David A. Williams
Chairman
David Williams has been in the plastics processing industry for over 40 years, most of this time spent in the Returnable Packaging Sector. Until 2005, he was Chairman and CEO of the LINPAC Group and was responsible for the rapid development of the group's global plastic packaging activities with over 50 plants spread through all 5 continents.
Previously, David was the President of the European Plastic Converters Association from 2002 - 2008 and became Chairman of the EuPC Packaging Division in 2008.
In addition to his role with Macro Plastics he is also Chairman of Mondi Plastic Containers in South Africa.
Warren MacDonald
CEO & President
Warren MacDonald is an experienced entrepreneur. Before leading Macro Plastics as its’ CEO beginning in 2008, he was the Innovation Director for Linpac Allibert in Europe where he built their strategic plans and led the companywide business and product development efforts. Prior to this position, Warren led an International team of Automotive packaging specialist which provided a unique global offering of packaging and dunnage services to Automotive OEM’s around the world. This company was acquired by The Orbis Corporation in 2006. Warren has started several companies in North America and China focused on food production and packaging. Warren holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and has several patents in his name.
Steve Moya
CFO & Vice President of Finance
Steve Moya joined Macro Plastics in 2006 and is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and risk management. Steve has a diverse professional background encompassing financial management positions with both privately-held and public companies competing in a broad spectrum of manufacturing, service and distribution industries. Prior to joining Macro, he spent over 12 years in the CFO role for three different national firms based in Northern California and operating in the custom fabrication, real estate and commercial printing industries. Steve holds an MBA from Golden Gate University San Francisco and a BS from the University of Nebraska.
Jeff Mitchell
Vice President, Operations
Jeff Mitchell has been with Macro Plastics since 2008 and is responsible for all of the manufacturing operations as well as product design. Jeff has been in the material handling business for 9 years and the plastics industry since 1994. In those years he has held multiple engineering, design and operational positions. This experience also incorporated management experience in Europe as well as China. Prior to joining Macro Plastics Jeff was the Vice President of Operations for LINPAC Materials Handling. Jeff holds a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Louisville.
Peter Piccioli
Vice President, Services
Peter Piccioli has over 20 years of experience in various financial management roles within several manufacturing industries. Peter joined Macro Plastics in 2008 as its’ Vice President of Services, responsible for one way and short term rental programs as well as information technology and customer service. Prior to joining Macro Plastics, Peter spent 10 year at Linpac Materials Handling as controller where he was responsible for accounting, human resources and information technology for the North American division as well as financial support to the International automotive team. This company was acquired by The Orbis Corporation in 2006. Peter holds a BA from Baldwin Wallace College.
Wendell Smith
Vice President, Sales
Wendell Smith has been in the Reusable Trip Packing industry for over 16 years. He has extensive knowledge in both international and domestic packaging for the Agricultural and Industrial market segments. He has worked with Global agricultural companies with the transportation of agricultural produce and with automotive OEM and tier one suppliers in Asia, Europe, North and South America. He has helped customers implement returnable packaging solutions, set returnable packaging standards, achieve packaging cost savings and implement program management. Before joining Macro Plastics in 2008, Wendell was the VP of International Sales at Orbis. Wendell holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Western Michigan University.
